The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The comfort of the room was amazing, and the amenities provided, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The hotel also offered a variety of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry, which enhanced our comfort and convenience. Additionally, the location of this venue in the imaginatively entitled area of Siemensstadt was perfect, making it easily accessible from the airport. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep, and the availability of WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a nice touch. Despite its proximity to the airport, the room was surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise. Furthermore, the hotel staff went above and beyond by providing a coffee and croissant for my early departure, making my morning hassle-free.

As business guests, we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff during check-in, particularly one super-pleasant guy who went above and beyond to assist us. The room and bathroom were both spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel also had a pool and sauna available for guests to enjoy.
